Lauren Gretchen is a seasoned compliance expert with nearly thirty years in financial services leadership, recognized for her deep understanding of both regulatory complexities and the operational realities her clients face. As Managing Director at Swayze LLC since 2017, Lauren consistently delivers strategic, tailored compliance solutions for investment advisers managing portfolios from $40 million to over $4 billion. Her hands-on experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer for multi-entity organizations, founding and scaling her own investment advisory practice, and overseeing large-scale operations for a nationally recognized independent broker dealer. This breadth of experience enables Lauren to quickly identify client challenges, anticipate regulatory hurdles, and design practical strategies that align with each client’s unique goals and business needs.

Lauren’s credentials include previously held IACCP, FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses and currently CAIA Private Equity Microcredential.  She holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University and an MBA in International Management from the University of Phoenix.
